From the popular manga "BASTARD!!: Ankoku no Hakaishin" comes a figure of the mage who excels in lightning-based magic, the 'Thunder Empress', Arshes Nei! She is posed with her arms tied up in chains to the magical lightning sword which forms a part of the figure's pedestal. She is wearing a very revealing outfit which shows off her dark skin and sexy body for fans to enjoy.
The chains can also be removed.
